Anish Kapoor

Anish Kapoor is one of Britain’s most distinguished artists. He has achieved international acclaim for his sensual and beguiling sculptures created using pigment, stone, stainless steel and wax, and his work is represented in major exhibitions, collections and public spaces across the globe. The so-called ‚ArcelorMittal Orbit‘ observation tower in the this years‘ Olympic Park in Stratford, London is also his work.

For the exhibition Flashback the artist selected some of his works including ‚White Sand‘, ‚Red Millet‘, ‚Many Flowers‘ which demonstrates Kapoor’s early interest in applying raw pigment to a range of organic forms.
