In order to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Zabludowicz Collection, the eponymous institution is showing an overview of its 3000 works of art. Founded in 1994 by Poju and Anita Zabludowicz with the purchase of a small artwork by Ben Nicholson, the collection soon extended. It now has three space: one in the UK, one in the USA and one in Finland.

20 Years is a synopsis of twenty years of constant collecting, with a main focus on contemporary European and North American art. It shows 32 out of the 500 artists that form the collection of 20-21st century art. Among others, Tracey Emin, Isa Genzken, Damien Hirst and Christopher Wool are presented in the collection and exhibition. The overall presentation is tinted by Jim Lambie artworks. The gallery walls, ground and stairs are all imprinted by his geometrical pop colored rectangles that give a distinctive appearance to the space, standing far away from the typical white cube. On the occasion of the exhibition, some pieces have been reworked while other artists created some collaborative pieces. ‘Stage Fright’, is an example of a new creation from Laura Buckley, Harron Mirza and Dave Maclean.
