Spectacular scenographies and avant-gardistic installations characterizes Henrik Vibskov’s fashion shows and investigate the borderlines between art, design and music.The fashion designer, who is also a musician and an artist, creates mesmerizing, surrealistic phantasy worlds with their own filmic atmosphere and logic.

With his current exhibition Screaming Yellow & Luminous Lavender at Museum Jorn, Vibskov introduces an original and alternative hanging of a selection of some of the 18.000 works in the Museum Jorn’s collections.

Henrik Vibskov graduated from Central St. Martin’s College of Art and Design in 2001 and has since then produced 20 collections. Vibskov has – as the only Scandinavian designer – been at the official program at the men’s fashion week in Paris since 2003. He has exhibited at museums and art galleries around the world: PS1 – MoMa in New York, Palais de Tokyo in Paris, Akira Ikeda Gallery in Nagoya, Ruttkowski;68 in Cologne, Sothebys Gallery in New York, ICA in London, Zeeuws Museum in Holland and Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin in Paris.
