Lehmann Maupin and White Cube are currently joining forces for Tracey Emin’s first solo exhibition in Hong Kong. Entitled I Cried Because I Love You, the British artist depicts her profound and poetic approach.

Everyone I Have Slept With 1963-1995 or My Bed made of Emin are key player on the artistic scene through their faithful and introspective components. Tracey Emin keeps on interrogating her relationship to others and herself. The result: intimate works that are touching the viewers.

In I Cried Because I Love You, Emin presents new paintings and collages. The main subject of her work is herself, as she states „I look at myself, and I paint myself, but they’re portrait of my mind, of my deepest thought.“
